This dataset contains summary information by county on Incidents involving Drug and Alcohol reported use in Schools.
School categories are Public School, Charter, Intermediate, Vo-Tech, Non-Public and other.
The data count fields are suppressed when less than 11.

This dataset contains dollar sales by county for Fine Wine & Good Spirits retail stores for fiscal years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 (July 1 through June 30). Dollar amounts reflect sales of wine, spirits and accessories, including the 18% liquor tax, but excluding state and local sales taxes. Dollar amounts include sales to individual consumers and licensees transacted at all retail locations open during a fiscal year, but exclude sales from licensee service centers and FWGS.com; licensee wholesale transactions taking place outside of retail stores; and Lottery ticket sales.

This dataset lists all public transit services and reduced-fare programs currently provided in each county of PA.

Public transportation is available in every county in Pennsylvania, with a wide range of services including:
- Fixed-route transit service in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, 21 small urban areas, and 22 rural areas
- 44 systems offering shared-ride services in all Pennsylvania counties
- 13 intercity bus routes
- Keystone Corridor Amtrak service, running from Harrisburg to New York by way of Philadelphia, and Pennsylvanian Amtrak service running from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia
- 66 counties with rural transportation for persons with disabilities

NOTE: Service providers offering two or more reduced-fare programs have duplicate records to reflect the various programs and to allow sorting by program type.

This dataset contains aggregate data by gender for individuals that received a COVID vaccination. Data includes counts of individuals who received a vaccine dose that provides partial coverage against the disease and counts of individuals that received a vaccine dose that provides full coverage against the disease. Suppression applies for quantities less than 5.

Data only includes information reported to PA-SIIS, the Pennsylvania Statewide Immunization Information System.

Fully Vaccinated means that the person has received the necessary number of COVID-19 vaccines at the recommended time intervals.

First Booster Doses (Administered Since August 13, 2021)

First Booster doses administered since August 13, 2021 includes vaccinations beyond the primary series administered to the suggested groups at the recommended intervals on or after 08-13-2021 following CDC guidelines. Such vaccinations are commonly called booster doses. This category also includes additional does of COVID vaccine administered on or after 08-13-2021 to immunocompromised individual at the CDC recommended interval.

Second Booster Doses (Administered Since March 29, 2022)

Second booster doses administered since March 29, 2022 includes mRNA vaccinations beyond the primary series and one additional COVIDS vaccine as a second booster dose administered on or after 03-29-2022 to individuals ages 50+ at the recommended intervals per CDC guidelines. This category also includes additional doses of mRNA COVID vaccines administered on or after 03-29-2022 to immunocompromised individual at the CDC recommended internal.

Historical results of Dangerous Dogs in Pennsylvania.
A dangerous dog is one that has:

(1) Inflicted severe injury on a human being without provocation on public or private property.

(2) Killed or inflicted severe injury on a domestic animal, dog or cat without provocation while off the owner’s property.

(3) Attacked a human being without provocation.

(4) Been used in the commission of a crime.

And the dog has either or both of the following:

(1) A history of attacking human beings and/or domestic animals, dogs or cats without provocation.

(2) A propensity to attack human beings and/or domestic animals, dogs or cats without provocation.

*A propensity to attack may be proven by a single incident.

Severe injury is defined as, [3 P.S. § 459-102] “Any physical injury that results in broken bones or disfiguring lacerations requiring multiple sutures or cosmetic surgery.”

This dataset describes a current state of mail ballot requests for the 2022 primary election. It’s a snapshot in time of the current volume of ballot requests across the Commonwealth.
The reason some birth dates will display as 1/1/1800 is due to confidentiality reasons of the registered voters.
Usually this is for victims of domestic violence.

Attendant Care/Act 150
If you have a physical disability, the Attendant Care Waiver and state funded Act 150 program may be available to you to continue to live in your home and community with support and services.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Attendant Care Services, you must:
Be a resident of Pennsylvania
Meet the level of care needs for a Skilled Nursing Facility
Be between eighteen (18) and fifty-nine (59) years of age
Be capable of a) hiring, firing, and supervising attendant care worker(s); b) managing your own financial affairs; and c) managing your own legal affairs
For the Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver Services Attendant Care Program, meet the financial requirements as determined by your local County Assistance Office.
Have a medically determinable physical impairment that is expected to last of a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) calendar months or that may result in death
To take advantage of the Attendant Care Act 150 Program, you may be assessed a minimal co-payment. This co-payment is based on your income and will not be more than the total costs of services

The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), also known as the Nursing Home Reform Act of 1987, has dramatically improved the quality of care in the nursing home over the last twenty years by setting forth federal standards of how care should be provided to residents.

Independence Waiver
If you are an adult with a severe physical disability, the Independence Waiver may be able to help you live or remain in the community and remain as independent as possible.
To be eligible for the Independence Waiver you must:
Be a Pennsylvania resident
Be 18-60 - Individuals that turn 60 while in the waiver will be able to continue to receive services through the Independence Waiver.
Individuals who are physically disabled (but not individuals with an intellectual disability or have a major mental disorder as a primary diagnosis, or who are ventilator dependent), who reside in a Nursing Facility (NF) or the community but who have been assessed to require services at the level of nursing facility level of care.
In addition, the disability must result in substantial functional limitations in three or more of the following major life activities:
Self-care, understanding and use of language, learning, mobility, self-direction and/or capacity for independent living.
Meet the financial requirements as determined by your local County Assistance Office.

Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals Aged 60 and Older

Also included are individuals receiving MAT (Medication assisted treatment - the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of substance use disorders.) NOT diagnosed in the same period. Counts are reported by case county and cover calendar years 2015 - 2018.
