The Retail Pharmacy Partnership dataset represents doses of vaccine allocated from the federal government directly to Pennsylvania’s retail pharmacy partners. The partners then determine which stores to send the allocated doses to, with the department’s input to ensure we are meeting the needs of all Pennsylvanians.

This dataset contains weekly 1st Dose COVID-19 Vaccine Allocated by Pennsylvania to vaccine providers.  The dataset excludes allocations made to Corrections/detention health services, Home Health care providers and Long-term care facilities (nursing home, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, intellectual or developmental disability or combined facilities).

Please note that an allocation of vaccine does not guarantee that appointments are still available.

The long-term care facility clinic data shows the facilities that have clinics scheduled for a certain week. These clinics will be held by either CVS or Walgreens through their work to vaccinate within the Federal Pharmacy Partnership.
The federal pharmacy partners dataset represents the clinics that CVS and Walgreens are holding for a given week at long-term care facilities that are part of the federal pharmacy mission. These are nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care facilities receiving vaccinations.

For the Pfizer vaccination the clinics are 3-weeks apart.
For the Moderna vaccination the clinics are 4-weeks apart.

This data set shows the number of individuals in the Pennsylvania child care workforce serving infants, toddlers, preschool and pre-kindergarten combined, and kindergarten and school-age combined, by STAR level of the facility where the individual has indicated they are employed. This data is determined by the employment information and the age grouping selection(s) (i.e., care level(s)) entered within the Professional Development (PD) Registry). The age ranges are defined in child care certification regulations. Individuals select the age range(s) they believe best represents their job duties. Individuals may select more than one care level and therefore will be counted in each care level they have selected. Data is included only for individuals working in family child care, group child care, and center child care. Data is current as of the last day of the quarter prior to the posted report. This report will be updated twice a year.
