All facilities-based broadband providers are required to file data with the FCC twice a year (Form 477) on where they offer Internet access service at speeds exceeding 200 kbps in at least one direction. Fixed providers file lists of census blocks in which they can or do offer service to at least one location, with additional information about the service. This is an aggregate of two files - Population Estimates in a Filtered View - PA Digital Literacy Programs and the County Boundary file. Purpose - we aggregate two files together and then use that new aggregated files as one layer in the PA Digital Programs map, specifically so that we can show the county boundaries with information for those counties in the tool tip.
