This data set includes counts of unique individuals who participated in workforce programs across the Commonwealth, along with counts of the number who self-reported they had a disability. Workforce Programs include programs identified in Titles I and III of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) as well as the Trade Adjustment Assistance Program.
The data provided represents the unique count of indivuals served during a program year, defined from July 1 through June 30. For example, program year 2018 counts represents the number of participants served between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.
