Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs) are the hub of child care information in your area. ELRCs provide you and your family with information on quality child care and personalized child care referrals to child care providers based on your specific needs or preferences. ELRCs also administer the Child Care Works subsidized child care program. Statewide and county totals include counts of students attending education classes on a full-time basis outside their parents' district of residence. This data was obtained from the Bureau of Special Education .

Intermediate Unit and CTC Part-day enrollments are excluded from county and state totals.

• You are already going to a Pennsylvania community college and meet certain additional requirements.
• You are interested in attending a Pennsylvania community college and meet certain additional requirements
• If you are eligible for TANF or SNAP

• Help with the college system, including financial aid and career exploration
• Supports to help students succeed
• Class and some study time are counted activities toward hourly requirements

Where it's offered:

• You are age 22 or younger and want to get your high school diploma or high school equivalency (HSE) credential

• Intensive case management, including home visits

SNAP 50/50
(Currently only available in Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh)

• You only get SNAP benefits and want to get hands-on learning experiences in skilled job fields
Benefits:
• Local community-based organizations offering work experience and skills training
• Work in fields with a living wage
• Ability to learn new skills and build work history while getting SNAP
